About the show

“I’m going to tell you the truth: in the land of monsters, they are scared of humans, because, whilst it is commonly agreed that humans have a charming appearance, that they are cute and attractive, beneath the surface they often hide a cruel, cynical nature and are capable of the worst nastiness. So, deep down, who are the real monstors?”

 To portray this tale of initiation written by André Borbé, Lionel Polis (The 1^st prize in the composing competition founded by the Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège) has created a dynamic and expressive musical score that provide a both burlesque and poetic musical universe for the young spectators.
